1. Click "Install Namo CyberFence" to download the Namo CyberFence install
Program.

2. When the Namo CyberFence Installer dialog box appears, click Next. |

3. Enter the ID and password. (If you don't have an ID account, join as a new
member by clicking the "Join" box.) |

4. If Namo CyberFence can¡¯t find your service request information, the following
dialog box appears. |

- Click "Check service application info again" if you want to check your
service application information again.
- Click "Go to Service Installation" if you want to request Namo CyberFence
service. |

5. If Namo CyberFence finds your service request information, it shows a list of
requests. If you install Namo CyberFence with one product number in multiple
computers, Namo CyberFence works only in the computer where you¡¯ve
installed it most recently. |

6. Namo CyberFence installation begins. |
| |

| |
7. When downloading completes, the Namo CyberFence install program will
automatically start. Follow the on-screen instructions in the setup program. |
